Sendcloud supports the connection of your own direct shipping contract with your Sendcloud account for any Sendcloud-supported shipping carrier. Once you’ve successfully connected your contract, your shipping label prices will be invoiced directly via your chosen carrier/s, and the price you pay for labels in Sendcloud will appear as 0,00 EUR.

How to enable your direct carrier contract

  • Log in to your Sendcloud account
  • Find your shipping carrier on the Carriers page and click Add Contract.
  • Fill in the required information and click Add this contract
