Sendcloud translates the costs for shipping labels and surcharges into a bi-weekly invoice, which is billed to you via direct debit. The Invoices API allows you to retrieve a list of your invoices and download individual invoices. You can also download invoices in PDF or CSV format directly from your Sendcloud account, by going to Billing, finding an invoice, and clicking Details.
