Pack & Go is a Sendcloud feature available to users on our Growth subscription plan and above. It’s designed to let you print labels for large volumes of orders, either by scanning a picking list or individual packing slips with a barcode scanner, or by manually processing orders one by one from the Pack & Go interface.

How to process parcels created via the API with Pack & Go

Pack & Go supports processing parcels created via the API. When you create a parcel using the Create a parcel or parcels endpoint, you must set the request_label field in the request body to false. This prevents the parcel from being immediately announced, and it will appear in your Sendcloud panel with the status “Ready to process”. These parcels will appear in the Pack & Go interface, so you can then use Pack & Go to choose a shipping method and print the shipping label.
